I have owned and operated Mountain Wags for the past 12 years and I absolutely LOVE what I do. I moved to Colorado 25 years ago to spend as much time as possible in the mountains. I have worked much of that time in the pet industry, learning all things dog. I gained knowledge of pet nutrition and outdoor gear, for the active dog, from my years working at a local dog boutique. I’m also an active volunteer with local dog rescues; fundraising, fostering, transporting, and adopting, as well as spending time helping out at a local farm sanctuary. I have always had a passion for animals and the outdoors and being able to make that into a business has been a lifelong dream! I’m an avid hiker, trail runner, and camper so when I'm not working, you can still find me in the beautiful outdoors, on trails, with my 2 rescue pups.
